Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after the deposit is received and acknowledged by us in writing. Prices quoted are per mom and child (or per person for all-ladies trips) unless stated otherwise.
Itinerary changes
Itineraries are indicative. Weather, local conditions or the wellbeing of the group may require changes. We always aim to offer an equivalent or better alternative.
Health & safety
Parents are responsible for disclosing medical conditions and for the supervision of their own children at all times. Our trip leaders support, but do not replace, parental supervision.
Liability
TWK Retreats (India) Pvt Ltd is not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including flight delays, strikes, natural events or third-party negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
